Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will drive the company’s marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels. This role supports the promotion of properties, projects, and advertising spaces while strengthening brand presence in the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns, both offline and online.
• Promote the company’s projects, properties, and services to meet leasing and sales targets.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta and other social platforms, monitor performance and optimise results.
• Oversee social media accounts, create content and coordinate with photographers and designers for marketing collateral.
• Execute traditional marketing activities such as outdoor advertising, print, events, partnerships and field campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and campaigns.
• Manage the company’s digital presence on Google Maps, including reviews and location data.
• Market and sell advertising spaces, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and coordinate execution.
• Handle inquiries, qualify leads and forward opportunities to relevant teams.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, revenues and marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to work with vendors, advertising agencies and negotiate contracts.
• Experience in real‑estate marketing or advertising‑space sales is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with a valid driving licence and willingness to conduct field visits in Riyadh.
