Marketing Specialist

About the role

A marketing agency serving fast-growing startups and innovative clients is looking for a Marketing Specialist in Riyadh. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, has a sharp creative eye and can build campaigns that match different business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for the agency's clients
• Manage digital campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), including planning, budgeting and performance tracking
• Collaborate with design and content teams on social media, landing pages, email and paid ads
• Write and edit content in English and Arabic when needed
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Monitor analytics and KPIs and suggest optimizations
• Help prepare client presentations, case studies and reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands or projects at once
• Bilingual Arabic and English preferred

Required skills

• Digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Creative thinking and copywriting, especially for social media and performance content
• Nice to have: familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce or startup ecosystems, and hands-on use of HubSpot, Notion, Canva or Figma
