Marketing Specialist – Sports Club

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, coordination and execution of Al Ahli Club Company’s marketing activities and campaigns. Working across a range of initiatives—from research and reporting to day‑to‑day execution—the role ensures projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized individual eager to grow within sports marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns, managing timelines, deliverables and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to guarantee timely delivery across online and offline channels.
• Conduct market, competitor, fan and industry research, monitor trends and produce clear presentations with recommendations.
• Prepare recurring marketing reports, consolidate performance data and support post‑campaign analysis.
• Maintain marketing trackers, calendars and status reports.
• Support the creation of briefs, presentations, proposals and internal documents.
• Assist with events, activations, launches, photoshoots and other marketing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising or a similar role.
• Strong organization, follow‑up and attention‑to‑detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
