Marketing Supervisor

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to drive brand awareness and support sales initiatives for its vacation club properties in Jeddah. The role combines guest interaction, sales support, and office administration to enhance the guest experience and promote revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote internal and external brand awareness using targeted sales techniques.
• Contact potential owners by phone to arrange preview package tours and sales presentations.
• Explain tour eligibility, verify requirements, and manage complimentary guest gifts.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to support the Sales & Marketing team.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, and motivation.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and ensure high‑quality interactions.
• Move, lift, and transport objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
