Marketing Trainee (Full‑time, Riyadh)

About the role

Mudad, a semi‑governmental fintech company, is looking for a Marketing Trainee to join its Riyadh office. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a hands‑on introduction to marketing within a payroll‑focused technology environment. You will support the marketing team while gaining practical experience in campaign execution and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, proofreading, and reviewing marketing content.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Support the creation of internal and external marketing materials, including presentations and promotional assets.
• Contribute to social media posts, awareness messages, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate content publishing across multiple platforms.
• Prepare basic marketing reports and monitor campaign performance.
• Organise and manage marketing databases and content archives.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Saudi national, recent graduate with no prior full‑time work experience required.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with content creation platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
