Mason (Hotel Maintenance)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Mason to join our hotel maintenance team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality masonry work, support preventive maintenance, and ensure all civil tasks meet relevant codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out tile grouting, blocking and other assigned civil works throughout the hotel complex.
• Perform preventive maintenance schedules for masonry elements as directed by supervisors.
• Repair, maintain and alter buildings, retaining walls, brick or stone structures, and chimneys.
• Mix mortar, lay bricks, stones, concrete sidewalks and construct or repair steps.
• Install and repair tile floors and walls, read blueprints, and plaster ceilings or walls.
• Estimate masonry jobs and execute incidental carpentry work.

Required profile

• Technical background with solid experience in masonry.
• Ability to work under policies, regulations and in good physical condition.
• Strong command of English and capability to identify and rectify faults.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, adaptable to unpredictable events and able to stay calm under pressure.
