Master Data Management Business Analyst - Informatica

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Business Analyst specializing in Informatica. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams so that Informatica-based MDM solutions meet the organization's data management needs. The position is on-site in Al Khobar.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, data definitions and data structures, and analyze existing data processes
• Plan and execute data migration, including mapping, extraction, transformation and loading (ETL)
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implement access controls and monitor data usage
• Analyze master data sets to find discrepancies and anomalies, and develop reports, dashboards and visualizations
• Facilitate change management, including communication and training
• Develop and enforce master data governance policies, standards and processes
• Map data sources, define data hierarchies and create data models, and standardize data elements across systems
• Integrate MDM solutions with existing enterprise systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience as an MDM Business Analyst or similar role
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in MDM
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred; MDM or Informatica certifications highly preferred
• Experience in IT, data solutions, networking or cybersecurity preferred

Required skills

• Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance and data quality management
• Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica, SAP MDG or Oracle is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills with stakeholders
