Mathematics Teacher for Grades 1‑2

About the role

My Little Kingdom International School for Girls is seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher for Grades 1‑2. This full‑time, on‑site position in Jeddah involves delivering engaging, age‑appropriate math instruction within a standards‑based curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver daily mathematics lessons aligned with school standards.
• Assess student progress, record results and provide differentiated support.
• Maintain accurate classroom records and communicate regularly with families.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and participate in school meetings and professional‑development activities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in early mathematics.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status with a valid teaching certification or license.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching early primary grades, preferably in an international or standards‑based school.
• Strong knowledge of elementary mathematics and standards‑based curriculum.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families and staff.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and adherence to safeguarding policies.
