Mechanical Engineer

About the role

The Mechanical Engineer will join the Mechanical Department and report to the Senior Mechanical Engineer. The role focuses on applying mechanical engineering principles to support construction and infrastructure projects, including BIM and pre‑concrete activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical reports of moderate to high complexity for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with department staff, consultants, and client representatives to ensure project alignment.
• Support pre‑concrete work planning and execution using appropriate engineering methods.
• Utilise BIM and IIM tools to develop and maintain accurate project models.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and industry policies.
• Fluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Computer literacy with basic proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling).
• Basic knowledge of IIM (Infrastructure Information Modelling).
• Understanding of pre‑concrete works processes.
