Mechanical Engineering Graduate – Sales & Business Development

About the role

FAMCO Saudi Arabia seeks motivated Saudi nationals holding a Mechanical Engineering degree to join its sales and business development teams. The position offers hands‑on exposure to world‑class construction equipment, commercial vehicles and industrial solutions, allowing graduates to build technical and commercial expertise in a fast‑growing B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and business development activities across Construction Equipment and Commercial Vehicles divisions.
• Engage with customers from construction, logistics, transportation, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
• Learn product technical features, applications and benefits.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, service, parts and operations to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives and customer acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Interest in construction equipment, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles or industrial solutions.
