Medical Operations Manager

About the role

The Medical Operations Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position at Professor Clinics in Riyadh. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care by overseeing daily clinic operations, coordinating staff, and optimizing patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise front‑desk and clinical support teams, resolving operational issues promptly.
• Manage clinical schedules, staffing, and patient flow to minimize wait times.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness for treatment rooms.
• Track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and support budgeting activities.
• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations and infection‑control standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, dentists, nurses, and administrative staff on service development and patient‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in clinical or medical operations management, preferably in dental or specialty clinic settings.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi healthcare quality standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative culture.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Dentistry, or related field; master’s degree advantageous.
