Medical Representative – Alqassim

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative for its Alqassim territory in Saudi Arabia. The role connects the company with healthcare professionals to promote Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Review updated sales targets, activity records and assess performance against goals.
• Develop relationships with doctors, pharmacists and hospital teams, organise appointments and events.
• Promote a defined product portfolio and encourage prescribing, dispensing or use of Hikma products.
• Continuously learn about Hikma products and share information with healthcare providers.
• Prospect new customers, maintain accurate customer lists and obtain up‑to‑date market information.
• Ensure product availability, full territory coverage and provide timely reporting and feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and market responses to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare sales documentation and reports for the supervisor/manager as required.

Required profile

• B.S. in Pharmacy.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to travel within the Alqassim region and manage a field‑based schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
