Medical Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the Riyadh territory. The role combines sales expertise with scientific knowledge to build lasting relationships and increase product awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products to physicians, pharmacists and key stakeholders within the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales targets by planning and executing effective visit schedules based on CRM objectives.
• Deliver scientific and patient‑centric product messages aligned with brand strategy.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Segment and profile customers to tailor engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage promotional materials, product samples and track reporting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide regular insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 1‑2 years of experience covering the Riyadh territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence healthcare professionals.
• Organized, self‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing a territory independently.
