About the role
The medical representative promotes the RAUSCH brand to doctors, dermatologists and pharmacists, increasing their awareness of its medical background. The role involves handling objections or negative comments from doctors and maximizing brand strengths to positively impact performance and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide products to hair‑care staff, including doctors in hospitals and clinics and pharmacists in pharmacies.
- Meet both the business and scientific needs of hair‑care professionals.
- Organize medical conferences and meetings for doctors and pharmacists.
- Manage budgets that positively reflect on sales.
- Review sales performance and conduct daily sales analysis.
Required profile
- High qualifications in life sciences or pharmacy.
- Background in sales with the capacity to learn scientific and medical details.
