Medical Sales Specialist – Territory Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Medical Sales Specialist will act as the Territory Manager for Saudi Arabia, driving sales of the division’s products across private and government healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers in both private and government hospitals.
• Conduct tele‑sales activities, including appointment setting for field sales teams.
• Present product quality, create demand, manage orders, and verify proper product usage.
• Collaborate with field sales colleagues to identify key contacts for high‑end products.
• Serve as the first point of contact for commercial inquiries via email and phone.
• Work with sales management on tenders and contracts to align product solutions with customer needs.
• Deliver professional training to health professionals and follow up to assess training impact.
• Analyze each hospital’s situation, identify decision‑makers, and continuously explore new market opportunities.
• Prepare daily work schedules, appointments, and detailed reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical sales.
• Proven experience dealing with NUPCO and understanding its workflow.
• Knowledge of infection‑prevention practices (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret business data.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
