Mendix Developer & Production Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer who will also provide production support for our Mendix‑based applications. The role combines low‑code development with incident resolution, enhancement, and deployment activities in an onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using the Mendix low‑code platform.
• Provide production support, investigate incidents, resolve performance issues and user‑reported problems.
• Develop and modify Mendix microflows, nanoflows, domain models, pages, workflows, and business logic.
• Integrate Mendix applications with external systems via REST, SOAP, and database connections.
• Perform application deployment, configuration, testing, and release support across environments.
• Monitor applications, analyse logs, and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of software development or application support experience.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Mendix Studio Pro, microflows, nanoflows, domain models, UI/pages, workflows, security and user roles.
• REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Application deployment and configuration.
• SQL and database knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS (preferred).
