MEP BIM Coordinator – Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking detail‑driven MEP BIM Coordinators to ensure our mechanical and electrical projects run smoothly from model creation to final delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining model quality, coordinating teams, and supporting value‑engineering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and audit 3D models, guaranteeing compliance with quality, constructability and project standards.
• Manage project documentation, registers and document‑management systems across all disciplines.
• Develop and maintain federated models for coordination, issue reporting and value engineering.
• Ensure adherence to project EIRs and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Perform quantity extraction, verification and generate quality reports on models.
• Organise coordination meetings, draft agendas, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Facilitate information flow between internal and external stakeholders at the project level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination across design and construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, model auditing and federated model management.
• Familiarity with EIRs, BEPs and industry compliance standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities, capable of handling multiple workstreams.
• Collaborative mindset with experience engaging stakeholders at project level.
