MEP Engineer – Riyadh Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines on large‑scale projects in Riyadh. The role involves ensuring that all MEP works comply with the approved designs, Saudi Building Code, quality and safety standards while staying within budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate MEP design, IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical sub‑mittals.
• Supervise installation of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical and ELV systems and resolve site clashes.
• Manage contractor performance, conduct site inspections and support testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, assist BOQ preparation and monitor project costs and progress.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, project specifications, safety and quality requirements.
• Produce regular progress reports and complete all technical and handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, construction or project delivery, preferably on malls, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code and local regulations.
• Proven ability to coordinate design, supervise site works and manage contractors.
• Good command of English and proficiency with MS Office.
