Mid-level Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company with an internal technology team that builds and supports the platforms powering our operations. We are looking for a mid‑level Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both internal tools and client‑facing web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain front‑end interfaces using HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop server‑side logic and APIs with Node.js.
• Design, optimise and query SQL Server databases.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and security.
• Participate in agile planning, technical documentation and sprint ceremonies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong back‑end expertise with Node.js and SQL Server.
• Front‑end proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (experience with React, Angular or Vue a plus).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and relational database management.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
