Mid-Level Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our Design & Communications Department. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will help evolve the Autobia brand and ensure a cohesive visual language across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the ongoing evolution of the Autobia brand identity, including logo usage, colour palette, typography and imagery.
• Maintain and contribute to comprehensive brand guidelines for visual consistency.
• Design digital and print materials such as social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, brochures and event collateral.
• Create key visual assets for the website (banners, icons, illustrations, landing‑page graphics) in collaboration with the web/product team.
• Produce infographics and data visualisations that simplify complex information.
• Develop basic motion graphics or video edits for social media and web content (a strong plus).
• Manage multiple design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring high‑quality output and adherence to deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual identity, branding and multi‑format content creation.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic.
