Mid-Level Project Manager – AI Implementations (Saudi National)

About the role

Velents Technologies is seeking a Saudi national Mid‑Level Project Manager to lead AI implementation projects for government and enterprise clients in Riyadh. You will manage projects from kickoff through go‑live, act as the primary client liaison, and coordinate technical teams across Riyadh, Cairo and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run multiple concurrent client projects, covering scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day client lead, running steering committees, status meetings and progress reporting in Arabic and English.
• Translate client requirements and tender scopes into clear delivery plans, work breakdowns and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑border teams (engineering, AI/ML, QA, customer success) and external partners.
• Manage project documentation for government clients, including charters, SOWs, change requests, UAT sign‑offs and closure reports.
• Track milestones tied to invoicing, work with finance to keep collections on schedule, and ensure compliance with local regulatory and data requirements.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience managing technology or software delivery projects, preferably with Saudi government entities or large enterprises.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness of budgets, change requests and milestone‑based billing.
• Native Arabic and professional English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Project‑management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and QA processes.
• Experience with integration platforms like Genesys or IBM.
