Mobility Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Mobility Operations Coordinator is the dedicated specialist who ensures seamless marine and land transportation for guests and colleagues at Shebara Resort. Reporting to the Assistant Guest Services Manager, you will act as the central hub for all mobility movements, linking the resort with the wider Red Sea destination and the airport.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee marine coordination with government entities, including the Coast Guard, Port Authority, and marine police.
• Produce daily marine reports, verify sailing schedules and weather conditions, and manage last‑minute adjustments.
• Maintain accurate movement logs, manifests, and permit records for audit compliance.
• Coordinate land transport between the airport, marine terminals, and the resort, handling guest arrivals, departures, and employee transfers.
• Book boats and vehicles, manage permits, and arrange emergency transportation in collaboration with relevant authorities.
• Liaise closely with captains, the Mobility team, the Destination Management Company, and Marine & Coast Guard officials.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle time‑sensitive changes.
