Modern Trade Sales Supervisor – Food (Jeddah)

About the role

The Modern Trade Sales Supervisor – Food will lead sales activities across modern trade channels such as hypermarkets, supermarkets and key retail chains in Jeddah. You will be responsible for driving volume, value and visibility of food FMCG products while ensuring high execution standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute company sales strategies and promotional plans across modern trade accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for volume, value, distribution and visibility.
• Support the Key Account Manager in negotiations, promotions and new product listings.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers, category managers and buyers; resolve availability, pricing and execution issues.
• Supervise and coach Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, set daily priorities and monitor performance.
• Ensure product availability, correct shelf placement, planogram compliance and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Monitor promotion execution, POS materials and coordinate with merchandising agencies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure compliance with company policies and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to modern trade.
• Experience in the food category is highly preferred.
• Supervisory or team‑leading experience is an advantage.
