MPD Senior Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior MPD Engineer to join Halliburton’s service centre in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering multi‑PSL job design, well support and post‑job analysis for our energy‑industry customers while mentoring junior technical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑PSL projects, providing well support and post‑job analysis.
• Maintain technical relationships with customers and act as expert support for Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) and TP staff.
• Attend critical jobs where service quality or complexity requires senior expertise.
• Manage job schedules, liaise on technical issues, and drive performance reviews and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Business Development to keep customers informed on technology advancements.
• Initiate, review and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI) actions related to technology.
• Mentor and develop junior technical professionals within the service centre.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Ability to work on critical assignments and provide technical leadership.
