نبذة عن الوظيفة

تبحث شركة المنطقة الذهبية للتطوير العقاري في جدة عن مستشار مبيعات عقارية متخصص في بيع الوحدات السكنية والمكتبية على الخارطة. الدور يتطلب التفاعل مع العملاء من مرحلة الاستفسار حتى إغلاق الصفقة وتوقيع العقد.

المهام الرئيسية

بيع الوحدات السكنية والمكتبية (على الخارطة والجاهزة) للأفراد، المستثمرين والشركات.
متابعة العملاء المحتملين من الحملات التسويقية حتى إغلاق الصفقة.
عرض المشاريع في مركز المبيعات وموقع المشروع.
تحقيق المستهدف البيعي الشهري وتحديث بيانات العملاء في نظام CRM.

الملف المطلوب

خبرة فعلية لا تقل عن سنتين في المبيعات العقارية، ويفضل مع مطور عقاري.
خبرة في البيع على الخارطة.
الإقامة في جدة والعمل حضوري.

المهارات المطلوبة

مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات.
إجادة استخدام نظام CRM لتحديث بيانات العملاء.
