About the role
The Mud Logging Engineer will lead the development and supervision of heavy‑lifting operations for steel structures and equipment installations. The role involves close coordination with project teams, crane suppliers and logistics to ensure safe and efficient execution on both onshore and offshore sites.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and review lifting plans, detailed studies and constructability reviews during FEED and execution phases.
- Coordinate lifting schedules with project teams and ensure alignment with material deliveries and erection timelines.
- Supervise safe execution of all heavy‑lifting activities, enforce compliance with safety regulations, project specifications and international standards (BS, ASME, API, LOLER).
- Maintain documentation, inspection records and certifications for all lifting operations.
- Utilize lifting simulation software and AutoCAD to design and validate complex lifting plans.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Experience using lifting simulation software.
- Knowledge of international lifting codes and standards (BS, ASME, API, LOLER).
