Network Assistant Analyst

About the role

The Network Assistant Analyst supports field service operations for Saudi Snacks Foods across two manufacturing sites and the Riyadh headquarters. The role acts as the first escalation point for users, collaborates with global IT teams and third‑party providers, and contributes to project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standard customer service to IT users and vendors, ensuring a positive image of the IT team.
• Manage field service tickets, prioritize incidents and requests, and allocate or escalate work as needed.
• Track ticket progress, remove roadblocks, and meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with IT operations to maintain stability of applications and infrastructure.
• Provide regular service‑availability updates to stakeholders.
• Support IT/business projects and participate in critical incident investigations.
• Maintain infrastructure health by applying upgrades and patches.
• Coordinate with third‑party suppliers to ensure service quality.
• Review and approve network low‑level designs (LLD).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• 5+ years of IT experience in a large corporate environment.
• ITIL knowledge and service‑delivery experience.
• Strong English communication skills for global stakeholder interaction.
