Network & IPTV Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network & IPTV Engineer to join our technical team in Jeddah. The role involves designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure as well as IPTV systems, ensuring high availability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, switching and wireless networks using Cisco Meraki and Aruba solutions.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN and security rules.
• Install, configure and support IPTV head‑end equipment, encoders/decoders, streamers and middleware platforms.
• Monitor network and IPTV performance, resolve connectivity, video/audio quality and security incidents.
• Perform network upgrades, preventive maintenance and keep accurate documentation and diagrams.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support, participate in projects, and coordinate with vendors and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• Saudi nationality or spouse of a Saudi citizen.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Cisco Meraki, Aruba Networks, Fortinet and IPTV solutions.
