Network Planning – Middle East Logistics

About the role

The role focuses on designing and optimizing JD Logistics' end‑to‑end network across the Middle East. You will build efficient warehouse, hub, transport and terminal configurations that support the company’s global supply‑chain strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Network planning for the Middle East region, covering warehouse network model, layout, and site selection.
• Hub planning including sorting layout design, site selection and function positioning.
• Transport capacity planning such as transshipment dispatch modes, route and schedule planning.
• Terminal planning covering station site selection and operation mode design.
• Continuous optimization of network models, site‑selection strategies and fulfillment models to support business expansion and improve efficiency.
• Identify time and cost inefficiencies across the fulfillment process and propose and drive implementation of improvement plans.
• Develop and refine operational rules and processes to enhance network performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to evaluate logistics networks from a global, end‑to‑end perspective.
• Experience in designing and optimizing warehouse, hub, transport and terminal networks, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement in logistics operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
