NGHP IT/DT Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

Air Products is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the implementation, validation, and documentation of cybersecurity controls across GHE site systems, OT/ICS environments, and digital transformation (DT) infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, managing evidence, and supporting site acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and validate cybersecurity controls for OT/ICS, industrial networks, and DT tools.
• Support cyber site acceptance testing, including preparation, execution, evidence capture, defect logging, and closeout documentation.
• Collect, organize, and maintain proof‑of‑compliance documentation, network diagrams, firewall rules, hardening standards, and asset inventories.
• Assist in tracking remediation of cybersecurity gaps, SAT findings, risk assessment recommendations, and vendor documentation deficiencies.
• Perform OT/ICS security activities such as system hardening, firewall configuration review, password management, secure remote access, endpoint tooling validation, DMZ implementation, and network segmentation verification.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor deliverables for compliance with project cybersecurity requirements and Air Products standards.
• Document technical decisions, deviations, risk acceptances, compensating controls, and open action items.

Required profile

• Experience with OT/ICS cybersecurity and industrial network security.
• Proven ability to manage compliance documentation and evidence for regulatory readiness.
• Strong coordination skills with vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
