Night Manager – Luxury Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

As the Night Manager at SLS The Red Sea, you will be the senior leader responsible for overseeing all overnight hotel operations, ensuring that guests receive the distinctive SLS experience throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise overnight hotel operations, maintaining service, safety, and operational standards across all areas.
• Act as the senior management representative during the night shift, serving as the primary point of contact for guest and operational matters.
• Oversee night audit procedures, room assignments, late arrivals, early departures, group movements, and VIP arrivals and departures.
• Personally welcome VIP and loyalty guests, ensuring preferences and special arrangements are accurately delivered.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally, ensuring appropriate resolution and follow‑up.
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs to monitor safety, cleanliness, presentation, and overall service standards.
• Coordinate emergency response with Security, Engineering, and other relevant teams.
• Lead shift briefings, handovers, and coach overnight colleagues, providing on‑the‑spot support as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Previous experience in a luxury or high‑end hospitality environment.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
