Nursery Teacher

About the role

As a Nursery Teacher at Alalamain Advanced Montessori in Riyadh, you will supervise children, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, and deliver daily Arabic, English, Islamic and Quran lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Arabic, English, Islamic and Quran daily lessons as needed.
• Supervise play, nap, and mealtime activities, ensuring safety and order.
• Maintain class stability, prepare lessons starting at 8 AM, and teach one‑to‑one sessions.
• Document each child’s progress with photos and merit stars, awarding a “Star of the Week.”
• Organize and supervise meals and snacks together with Teacher Assistants.
• Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and the principal regarding any developmental concerns.
• Conduct weekly Islamic interactive circle time and monthly assessments in Arabic, English, and Quran.
• Ensure compliance with ministry regulations, hygiene standards, and special‑needs accommodations.

Required profile

• A high school degree or higher.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to a compassionate, firm approach to child supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Knowledge of Islamic teachings and Quranic instruction.
• Experience in early childhood classroom management.
