Nursing Manager

About the role

Vitality, a fast‑growing wellness provider in Riyadh, is seeking a full‑time Nursing Manager to lead its nursing operations. This on‑site role ensures safe, high‑quality patient care across both medical and aesthetic services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing activities, including staffing, scheduling and supervision of nursing and support teams.
• Coordinate with medical consultants and specialists to implement clinical protocols.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety and infection‑control standards.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Participate in care planning, respond to escalated clinical issues and support critical‑care situations.
• Contribute to quality‑improvement and patient‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Current nursing license/registration in good standing and eligibility to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (advanced degree or management training is a plus).
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership or charge‑nurse role, preferably in a wellness, outpatient or aesthetic clinic.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic healthcare IT systems.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) platforms.
• Familiarity with clinic workflow optimization.
