Odoo ERP Administrator / Functional Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Administrator / Functional Specialist to oversee and enhance our Odoo platform across sales, call centre, operations and finance. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain data integrity and drive continuous workflow improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system for all departments, including user accounts, access rights and system configurations.
• Track call‑centre leads, support sales follow‑up, monitor pipeline stages and generate performance reports.
• Oversee contract creation and tracking, coordinating with operations to ensure accurate data flow.
• Collaborate with finance to monitor invoicing, payments and financial records within Odoo.
• Identify inefficiencies, automate processes and create forms, surveys and custom reports.
• Provide basic technical support, customize simple workflows with Odoo Studio and liaise with external developers for advanced customisations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of CRM, sales pipeline, contracts and basic accounting workflows.
• Experience configuring Odoo Studio and managing system settings.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
