Odoo ERP Specialist / Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo ERP Specialist/Consultant to join our team in Khobar. You will act as the bridge between business units and the Odoo implementation partner, ensuring that core requirements are captured, configured and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements across HR, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting and other Odoo modules.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate daily with the Odoo implementation partner to accelerate core requirement delivery and enforce best practices.
• Provide guidance on system configuration, integration, reporting and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues while maintaining data integrity and system performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing Odoo ERP, preferably in restaurant, QSR or FMCG environments.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP configuration and customization, including Odoo Studio.
• Programming in Python, JavaScript, XML and PostgreSQL.
• Business analysis, requirements gathering and functional documentation.
