Offer Management Specialist

About the role

The Offer Management Specialist will join RQEEM Company, a subsidiary of JABEEN Company, to drive commercial proposals and business models for ICT and Smart City projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure offers are aligned with strategic goals and contractual terms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop commercial proposals and business models for ICT and Smart City opportunities.
• Support the preparation of strategic business plans, annual targets, and progress reports.
• Analyze market trends and produce commercial insights and forecasts.
• Track opportunity pipelines, financial impact, and expected revenue streams.
• Manage client and service‑provider relationships to ensure effective commercial engagement.
• Draft, review, and follow up on investment and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to finalize agreements and support post‑agreement execution.
• Maintain organized records of agreements and related documentation.
• Lead or support meetings, workshops, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Align project execution with agreement T&Cs and monitor project KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
