Officer - Operation Excellence

About the role

The Officer - Operation Excellence is responsible for implementing process improvements, cost‑reduction strategies and quality‑assurance protocols to ensure operational performance aligns with Saudia Cargo’s policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve service quality.
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory and industry standards in cargo handling.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimise processes.
• Support change‑management initiatives for new processes and technologies.
• Assist in regional visits to verify safety protocol compliance and oversee ground‑handling activities.
• Work with Regional Commercial Directors on operational matters and contribute to new product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within aviation or logistics.
