职位概况

人力资源总监直接向酒店总经理汇报，作为酒店执行委员会成员，负责酒店整体的人才招聘、接班人计划、绩效管理及员工培养，推动人力资源战略与业务目标一致。

主要职责

制定并执行酒店人力资源战略，落实敬业度调查及人才管理计划。
协调人力资本审查、接班人计划及员工队伍规划。
监督招聘、选拔、面试流程，优化人力编制。
管理薪酬策略，制定并实施奖励与认可计划。
推动员工培训与关系建设，确保HR信息及时传达。

任职要求

在人力资源、工商管理或相关专业取得两年制大专或四年制本科学历。
具备2-4年人力资源、运营管理或相关领域工作经验。
能够独立开展工作，具备跨部门沟通与变革管理能力。

必备技能

熟悉HR系统（如myHR）操作。
