职位概况

负责所辖区域多个站点的日常运营管理，包括揽收、分拣、派送、退件及货到付款等业务，确保运营效率并达成服务水平协议（SLA）。

主要职责

管理区域内多个配送站点的日常运营，确保揽收、分拣、派送、退件（RTO）及 COD 流程顺畅。
带领并培养站长、本地主管及自有或外包的快递团队，落实沙特本地化用工目标。
监控关键运营指标（POD、首次派送成功率、妥投率、时效及破损率），制定并推动绩效改进计划。

任职要求

具备物流、快递或电商配送运营管理经验。
有多站点运营及团队管理经验。
良好的数据分析与问题解决能力。
有物流或快递企业工作经历者优先。

必备技能

熟练使用中文普通话。
熟练使用英语或阿拉伯语。
