Oil & Gas Operations Training Instructor

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an Oil & Gas Operations Training Instructor to design, develop and deliver training programs for operational staff in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enhancing safety, efficiency and competency across the oil and gas value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs related to oil and gas operations.
• Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet organizational requirements.
• Use a variety of instructional techniques such as simulations, hands‑on workshops and e‑learning.
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all training materials comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to align training content with current practices and challenges.
• Maintain training records and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• IELTS/TOEFL score strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in oil and gas operations.
• Proven experience as a training instructor or facilitator, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
