About the role
Avensys is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join its HR team in Al Khobar. The role focuses on delivering a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new hires across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes for all new employees.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and system access.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records.
Required profile
- 1+ years of relevant experience or fresh graduates.
- Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
