About the role

Avensys is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join its HR team in Al Khobar. The role focuses on delivering a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new hires across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes for all new employees.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and system access.
Conduct employee orientation and induction sessions.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding.
Ensure compliance with company policies and onboarding procedures.
Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate employee records.

Required profile

1+ years of relevant experience or fresh graduates.
Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
