Oncology Account Manager – Eastern Region

About the role

The Oncology Account Manager will lead the launch of GSK’s new Hematology portfolio across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, key external experts and oncology societies to ensure timely product availability and drive patient‑focused detailing.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully launch the Hematology portfolio in Saudi Arabia and achieve yearly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hematology key external experts, healthcare institutions and oncology societies.
• Monitor product performance, develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with commercial strategy.
• Support marketing initiatives, campaign development and regulatory approvals.
• Generate market intelligence, forecast demand and coordinate with supply‑chain, tender and market‑access teams.
• Conduct frequent external meetings to raise disease and product awareness.
• Prioritize activities through market segmentation and ensure expenses stay within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within oncology or hematology.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals and scientific societies.
• Understanding of market access, tender processes and product supply logistics.
