One Identity Specialist

About the role

The One Identity Specialist will manage and support the organization’s One Identity services, ensuring smooth identity lifecycle, user provisioning, and access management. This role works closely with security, infrastructure, business users, and vendors to maintain a reliable identity ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support One Identity services, including One Identity Manager.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, user provisioning, and access management.
• Troubleshoot synchronization, authentication, and other identity‑related issues.
• Support integrations, upgrades, testing, and deployments of identity solutions.
• Perform incident troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and support production issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, business users, and external vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and conduct knowledge‑transfer activities.
• Follow ITIL‑based Incident, Change, and Release processes.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with One Identity and One Identity Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise authentication mechanisms.
• Experience in user provisioning, access management, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support upgrades or integrations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; able to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore as required.
