Operation Lease Coordinator

About the role

The Operation Lease Coordinator acts as the central liaison between customers, the company, and drivers/operators. The role ensures smooth operational flow, maintains accurate data, and documents progress across all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Follow operating procedures to guarantee efficient business operations and resolve process issues promptly.
• Supervise orders and trips, ensuring they meet customer needs and schedule staff and trucks accurately.
• Plan, track, and monitor shipments via GPS according to customer requirements.
• Prepare loads for shipment and manage delivery to final destinations while maintaining optimal warehouse capacity.
• Monitor and manage drivers/operators daily, building strong relationships and providing on‑route support for breakdowns or issues.
• Maintain accurate operational documents, management reports, and ensure vehicle legal documentation is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Diploma degree, preferably in Mechanical Technology.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related operations.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
