About the role
Globe Alliance Company (GAC) is looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business activities across Facility Management, Workforce Solutions, Construction Support, Equipment Supply and other service divisions. The role acts as a vital link between management, site teams, clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating day‑to‑day operations across multiple service divisions.
- Facilitate communication between management, site teams, clients and internal departments.
- Monitor workforce deployment, project timelines and service delivery standards.
- Support the preparation of operational reports and performance dashboards.
- Help maintain and update ERP or other operational management systems.
Required profile
- 3–7 years of experience in operations coordination, project coordination, facility management or related service industries.
- Experience within the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong network within the Riyadh business community is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP or operational management systems.
