About the role
Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is building a new fast‑delivery service in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an Operations Executive to lead daily store operations in Jubail, ensuring high performance, safety and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end UTR (Under the Roof) operations for one large site or multiple small sites.
- Supervise store operations, meeting customer‑facing metrics while maintaining quality, safety and team morale.
- Drive performance management, coaching and reporting on associate productivity.
- Develop and deliver training plans for pickers.
- Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
- Conduct daily 4M/5S and Safety Gemba audits.
- Act as stand‑in for Area Manager when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 12 months experience in an operational role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to work onsite in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
