Operations Manager – Interior Fit‑Out & Construction

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager with an architectural background to oversee interior fit‑out, finishing and construction projects in Al Dhahran. The role bridges site teams, suppliers, subcontractors, designers and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across multiple fit‑out and finishing projects.
• Monitor project schedules, progress reports and site activities.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers and clients.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documents for execution requirements.
• Track material procurement, delivery schedules and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
• Identify delays or risks and communicate them to management.
• Support project managers to achieve objectives within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate inspections, approvals and handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fit‑out, interior finishing, construction or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
• Experience in commercial, office, retail, hospitality or industrial fit‑out projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication and coordination abilities.
