Operations Manager

About the role

The growing café group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily activities across several café locations in Mecca. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards, and driving performance across all branches.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple café branches.
• Monitor sales, key performance indicators and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and food‑safety standards.
• Lead, motivate and manage large teams across different locations.
• Coordinate between branches, resolve operational issues and make timely decisions.
• Travel between sites as required to support and audit operations.

Required profile

• Saudi national currently residing in Mecca.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in café or restaurant operations management.
• Experience managing multiple branches.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel between locations.
