Operations Service Manager – Airport (Riyadh)

About the role

Delta Air Lines is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead Airport Customer Service (ACS) teams at its Riyadh hub. The role focuses on delivering safe, secure, reliable and customer‑focused airport operations while coordinating with internal partners and external authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support ACS personnel, business partners and vendors in daily operations and non‑routine events.
• Oversee performance metrics for safety, security, on‑time departures, customer service and IROP response.
• Coordinate station execution to maintain high standards of operational performance and passenger experience.
• Act as a trusted liaison between Delta, partners, vendors and local authorities.
• Represent Delta in internal and external meetings with professional judgment.
• Set clear performance expectations, drive change, innovation and adoption of new policies.
• Promote teamwork and shared accountability across partner and vendor groups.
• Manage multiple operational priorities while ensuring focus, coordination and follow‑through.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans that strengthen safety and employee wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold operational standards.
• Champion continuous improvement in service delivery and station execution.
• Manage emergency response planning and operational activation as required.

Required profile

• At least 36 months (3 years) of experience in airport operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, vendors and cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to coordinate with local authorities and represent the airline in external meetings.
• Strong judgment and capability to handle non‑routine, high‑pressure situations.
