Operations Specialist - Contract Logistics

About the role

This role coordinates and supports day‑to‑day contract logistics operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring customer orders, warehouse activities, inventory movements and related logistics services are completed accurately, safely and within agreed service levels. It covers the full operational flow from inbound receiving and inventory management through order fulfilment, dispatch and delivery coordination while maintaining precise system records and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound contract logistics activities based on customer requirements.
• Monitor receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, staging and dispatch to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transport providers for collections, deliveries and shipment status updates.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation, shipment records and supporting documents.
• Monitor SLA performance, respond to customer queries and prepare operational reports on order volumes, inventory, deliveries and productivity.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in contract logistics, warehousing or freight forwarding.
• Experience in inventory management, order fulfilment and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel, and good written and spoken English.
